FAQ
Do I need an account to donate?
You need an X (Twitter) account to post the donation tweet. No separate Tweet2Give account needed — your X handle is your donor identity.
Where does the money go?
Donations go to the creator's @bankrbot wallet on Base. Funds are locked until a quorum vote approves their withdrawal request.
What is quorum voting?
When a creator wants to withdraw, they submit a proposal explaining how they'll use it. Donors vote YES/NO. If >50% say YES, funds are released. This prevents misuse.
What if a creator misuses funds?
Donors can vote NO on withdrawal proposals. If rejected, funds stay locked. The creator can revise their proposal and resubmit.
How do creators join?
Creators must be X Blue verified (✓ checkmark). They apply via the "Register as Creator" button and are reviewed by the Tweet2Give team within 48 hours.
Is Tweet2Give.fun safe?
Donations go directly to creator wallets via @bankrbot on-chain. Tweet2Give never holds your funds. All transactions are publicly verifiable on Base or Solana.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tweet2Give.fun ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Tweet2Give.fun is a decentralized crowdfunding platform that facilitates on-chain donations to verified creators via X (Twitter) posts and @bankrbot. We do not custody, hold, or control any funds at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid X (Twitter) account to use this Platform. Creators must hold an X Blue verified checkmark and operate in communities we serve.

4. Donations & Refunds

All donations are processed on-chain via @bankrbot or direct Solana wallet transfers. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all donations are final and non-refundable. Tweet2Give.fun is not responsible for errors made by users when initiating transactions.

5. Creator Accountability

Creators are required to submit withdrawal proposals that are subject to donor voting (quorum governance). Tweet2Give.fun reserves the right to suspend creator accounts found to be misusing funds or violating community standards.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for fraudulent activity, to impersonate any person or entity, to manipulate voting, or to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for third-party services including @bankrbot, X (Twitter), or any blockchain network.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tweet2Give.fun is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

1. Information We Collect

We collect your X (Twitter) handle and public profile information when you log in via X OAuth. We also collect public on-chain transaction data associated with your donations, and usage data such as pages visited and actions taken on the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to identify you as a donor, display your donation history, and grant voting rights on creator proposals. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Public Blockchain Data

Donations made via @bankrbot or direct Solana transfer are recorded on public blockchains. This data is publicly viewable by anyone and cannot be deleted. By using the Platform, you acknowledge this.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal analytics to understand how the Platform is used. We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

5. Third-Party Services

We use X (Twitter) OAuth for login, @bankrbot for payment processing, and Solana/Base blockchains for on-chain settlement. Each of these third parties has their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your off-chain data by contacting [email protected]. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
